  • brie cheese - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • gouda cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • processed cheese - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • parmesan - 1.5 oz (40 g) grated
  • black pepper - 3 pinches

How to make

Boil the macaroni according to the instructions on the package in salted water. They are strained, by setting aside one hundred milliliters of the water, in which they were boiled.

While the macaroni are cooking, prepare the sauce.

Heat the cream and milk in a pot, but do not let it boil. The grated and crumbled blue cheese, gouda, processed cheese and parmesan are added to them.

The sauce is stirred, until the cheeses melt.

Add the ground black pepper.

Finally, add the strained macaroni and the water, which you set aside from the macaroni.
