Spread tomato puree on one wrap, it should not be runny. You can add chilli sauce as well.
Arrange thin mozzarella slices on top, add a little ricotta, and season with fresh basil.
Sprinkle half the tortilla with yellow cheese and the other half with Gouda.
Heat in the microwave for a minute, allowing the cheeses to melt and roll the tortilla wrap. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
