How to make
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl and add the egg and grated cheese, the bread (soaked in water and drained), grated tomato, salt, oil, 2 tablespoons of water and savory to taste. Mix very well.
Coat the bread slices thinly with butter and spread the mixture on top. Place on the onion rings as well. Bake on a preheated grill until browned.
