Ingredients

  • apples - 1, large
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)

How to make

Wash the apple, peel it, remove the seeds and cut it into small cubes. Put the sliced apple in a blender, add the honey, cinnamon and water.

Blend until there's no apple chunks visible. Garnish with fruits if you like.
