How to make
Beat the butter with the sugar into a cream. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating.
Finally, add the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well (the batter will be thick).
Add the diced apples and mix again.
Line a tray with baking paper. With wet hands, shape balls (I made 22) and you don't have to make them perfectly shaped.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes or until they acquire an appetizing color (depends on the size of the cookies).
Take them out and let them cool. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
The apple and cinnamon cookies are ready.
