How to make
Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a mixer for about 10 minutes.
Then add the flour with the baking powder in parts and continue beating with a mixer to obtain a creamy fluffy mixture.
It is put aside to rest for a while. During this time, cut the apples into small cubes. Sprinkle with 2-3 spoons of white granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
They are mixed so that everything sticks to them evenly and immediately poured into the sponge cake mix. It is stirred, in order to be distributed everywhere and poured into a bundt pan.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 60 minutes.
Sprinkle through a sieve with powdered sugar mixed with a little cinnamon.
The German Apple and Cinnamon Sponge Cake is ready.
