How to make
I beat the eggs and sugar with a wire whisk, added the oil, mixed, added the walnuts and cinnamon.
I mixed, added the grated apple, mixed, sifted the baking powder into the flour and added it to the mixture in parts!
I mixed, until a smooth mixture is obtained and poured it into a silicone mold, which I had greased with a little oil!
I baked the apple sponge cake at 340°F (170°C) in a preheated oven for 40 min!
Every oven is different, so bake, until it's fully baked.
After cooling, the apple, walnut and cinnamon sponge cake is turned over onto a tray and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
