How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until a white mixture is obtained. Pour the fanta, the oil and stir. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Beat, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Peel an apple, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the sponge cake mixture and stir.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin.
Peel the remaining two apples and remove their seeds. Cut them into thin crescents. Arrange them on the sponge cake mixture, by overlapping them.
Bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C), until it is fully baked. If necessary, cover it with foil. Spread the baked and warm sponge cake with peach jam.
Wait for it to cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
