How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until whitened. Slowly add the oil and flour, alternating between them, not all at once.
Separate a small part of the mixture and mix it with the cinnamon. To the main mixture, add the walnuts, grated apples, vanilla and baking powder.
Stir with a plastic or wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured cake form, then pour the cinnamon mixture in the middle of it. Bake in a heated 430°F (220 °C) oven. Once it browns, cover with foil and bake finished.
Remove it from the form once cooled and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
