How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until white and then add the melted butter. Mix well.
Add the apples cut into small cubes, previously peeled and cleaned of seeds.
Add the yogurt, vanilla essence and flour with baking powder. Mix well.
Grease a cake tin with a diameter of 11″ (28 cm) with soft butter and pour the dough inside.
Sprinkle the apple cake with coarsely chopped walnuts on top.
Bake the apple cake with walnuts for the first ten minutes at 360°F (180°C), then at 320°F (160°C) until dry.
Approximately 30-35 minutes, but depends on the oven.
The result is a very fluffy apple cake with walnuts and powdered sugar.
