How to make
Grate the apples on a grater and mix them with the cinnamon and sugar. Separately, mix the flour, semolina and baking soda with a little milk.
In a greased tray, arrange a layer of semolina, then apple mixture and so on, until you run out of products.
Top with the apples, cut into crescents. Cover evenly with oil and bake in a moderate oven. Serve the cake cooled.
