How to make
Stir the soda into the yogurt to activate.
Meanwhile, pour the flour, semolina and sugar into a bowl. Stir to mix the products well.
Pour the oil and yogurt into the dry mixture. Stir well again with a wire stirrer. Grease a baking pan and sprinkle it with flour.
Pour the mixture. Cut the bananas into circles and arrange them on top.
Bake the banana cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
The semolina and banana cake is very tasty.
