Ingredients

  • semolina - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • egg yolks - 1
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • bananas - 1
  • cream - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp.

How to make

Dissolve semolina in the water. Put the milk in a saucepan and add the yolk, vanilla, sugar and butter.

Heat the mixture over a moderate heat. Pour the semolina and stir constantly until it thickens.

Pour the prepared semolina into suitable glasses, at the bottom of which there are pieces of banana.

Beat the cream into thick cream. Garnish the cooled vanilla cream with cream and a banana slices.

The vanilla semolina with banana and cream is quick and very tasty.
