Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs. (yolk and whites)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • muscovado sugar - 9 oz (260 g) or plain white sugar
  • butter - 5 oz (140 g)
  • dark chocolate - 9 oz (260 g)
  • chickpea flour - 4.4 oz (125 g) or white flour

How to make

Melt the chocolate along with the coconut oil in a water bath.

Beat the egg whites along with a pinch of salt. Mix the sour cream with the egg yolks and sugar and beat everything well.

Add the chocolate mixture in a thin stream and then the flour. Finally, add the egg whites in 2-3 portions and mix beat with a spatula.

Bake the fudge in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) for about 50 minutes.

The fudge brownie with coconut oil is ready.
