  • cocoa - 1/2 tsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • raisins - 1 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Make a homemade pumpkin puree by peeling and slicing the pumpkin.

It can be roasted in the oven, or it can be steamed.

For the first option the time is 20-25 minutes and the second - about 15 minutes.

Mash it into a puree, by adding coconut oil, cocoa and cinnamon.

To the prepared mixture, add the liquid honey along with the raisins, which you have left for some time in warm water.
