  • honey
  • cinnamon

How to make

The peeled, cleaned and cut pumpkin is ready to be cooked! Place the pieces in a large pot, add two tea cups of water and cover the pot with the lid.

This will steam the pumpkin. After about 20-30 minutes, the pumpkin is cooked. Cut the well-cooked pumpkin, distribute it into bowls and while it's still warm, add one tablespoon (not full) of honey to each bowl.

Add the crushed raw nuts, as well as a few raisins and sprinkle with cinnamon.
