Ingredients

  • couscous - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • honey - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Pour the milk into a small pot and place it on the hob. Once it boils, reduce the temperature and add the couscous.

Stir periodically to avoid burning. Cook for about 20 minutes. When the couscous is fully cooked, add sugar or honey (optional).

Remove the pot from the heat, cover it with a lid and leave it for another 20 minutes.
