How to make
Place baking paper on the work surface and sprinkle powdered sugar on it evenly. Spread the puff pastry on top and roll it out slightly.
The dough is also sprinkled with powdered sugar, holes are made with a fork and then it is cut into equal rectangles.
Transfer the paper along with the cut rectangles into a baking tray.
Bake the rectangles in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees), preferably with a fan, until they are fully baked.
In a suitable bowl, beat the milk and the dry cream mixture.
Grab an already cooled baked puff pastry rectangle and spread it with the cream.
Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream. Place a second puff pastry, cream, strawberries and the third puff pastry on top.
The mille-feuille dessert is sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with strawberries and mint leaves on top.
The great strawberry mille-feuille is served chilled.
