  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • custard - 5 tbsp
  • liqueur - 1 tsp, orange
  • kiwis - 2

How to make

Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C). Roll out the puff pastry and divide it in 2. Pierce them carefully with a fork and bake for 10-15 min.

Beat the cream with the custard and mix with the orange liqueur.

Peel the fruits and cut them.

Divide each cooled puff pastry piece into 6 parts. Distribute the cream on top and decorate with fruits. Serve.
