How to make
The pumpkin is peeled, cleaned from the seeds and is cut into pieces. Arrange it in a greased baking pan, sprinkle it with a little oil and raw cane sugar.
Pour half a cup of water into the baking pan, cover with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
The pumpkin is roasted at 390°F (200°C) under foil for about 45 minutes. Then the foil is removed, sprinkled with the crushed almonds and placed back into the oven for another 15 minutes.
When ready, it is removed and while it is hot, chocolate is grated on top.
Optionally, for more flavor, before roasting the roasted pumpkin with chocolate and almonds add cinnamon to the cane sugar.
