Ingredients

  • pumpkin - 2 kg
  • bananas - 3 pcs.
  • dried apricots - 7 oz (200 g)
  • pineapple - 1 pc.
  • coconut shavings - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • maple syrup - by taste

How to make

Peel the pumpkin, clean it out and cut it into cubes. Roast it for 30 minutes with a little water, then add the diced pineapple, bananas and maple syrup.

10 minutes before taking it out of the oven, sprinkle it with coconut shavings.

You can optionally serve it with pieces of dark chocolate, dried apricots and nuts.
