  • walnuts - 1 - 2 handfuls coarsely crushed
  • water - about 4 - 5 cups (1 L / 1.2 L)

How to make

In case you have soaked the wheat overnight, you can boil it at the same time as the pumpkin, which is cut into medium small cubes and if not, put the crushed wheat first and after a while the pumpkin.

Boil until ready for about 20 minutes. Season with brown cane sugar, cinnamon and crushed walnuts and mix.

Pour the portions (8 small or 6 regular portions are obtained) and it is best served warm. Wonderful wheat with walnuts and cinnamon and fall pumpkin flavor!
