Ingredients

  • coconut oil - 4.6 oz (130 g) cold
  • einkorn flour - 12 oz (350 g)
  • vanilla - 2 sachets (4 g)
  • brown sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • dark chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • dried cranberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Pour the flour into a bowl and add the salt, sugar and vanilla. Then pour the coconut oil inside. Begin to knead with your hands and press the mixture with your palms.

Crumbs will be obtained at first. Then start kneading, until a butter pastry dough is obtained. Divide the dough into two parts.

Add the sliced ​​dark chocolate to one part and knead. Wrap it in cling film and store it in the refrigerator.

Add the dried blueberries to the other part of the dough and knead again, wrap it in foil and store it in the refrigerator.

After 1 hour, take both types of dough out of the fridge and tear a little from them and form balls first and then flatten them like biscuits.

Arrange them in a tray, which you have previously covered with baking paper.
