How to make
Melt the coconut oil in a water bath along with the chocolate, which we break into pieces. Once they have melted and mixed homogeneously, remove from the heat and set the mixture aside to cool.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and yolk, along with the sugar until fluffy. Add the chocolate mixture, flour and natural cocoa. Stir.
Grease the molds with coconut oil, sprinkle with cocoa.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Bake the chocolate soufflé for 10-12 minutes or until the surface slightly cracks. We want all the edges to be baked and the center to be liquid inside. Sprinkle the finished soufflé with powdered sugar if desired.
