How to cook
The flour is mixed with the baking powder, cinnamon and ginger.
Beat the softened butter with the sugar until a foamy mixture is obtained, add the egg and flour and knead the dough.
Roll it out and cut out the biscuits with molds or a small cup.
Arrange the gingerbread biscuits in a tray lined with baking paper and bake them for 20 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).
