How to make
Heat the honey with the butter, sugar and salt slightly. Take off from the heat and leave the mixture to cool.
Add the flour sifted with the baking powder. Finally, add the cinnamon and whipped egg.
Knead a smooth dough and roll out a thin crust. Cut out gingerbread cookies with cookie cutter shapes and smear them with the whipped egg yolk.
Bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven.
