How to make
For the macarons:
Mix the sugar and almond flour in a bowl.
Then in another bowl, crack the egg whites, beat well and gradually pour the sugar.
Combine the egg whites with the almond flour and mix again.
Put in the cocoa powder, raspberry jam, food coloring and then mix.
Put baking paper in a tray, on which small balls of the mixture are made.
Leave them in the oven at about 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes.
For the ganache:
Pour liquid white chocolate into the heated cream in a bowl and stir.
After the French macarons are ready, put the ganache between 2 and stick them together two by two.
