How to make

The coconut shavings (150 g) are soaked in water (400 ml). It is good that they stay for about 7-8 hours, but the recipe can also be prepared in less time.

The dates are soaked in water for 15 minutes to soften and cut into pieces.

After the shavings are soaked, they are poured into a blender and grinded for about 2 minutes.

The shavings are strained from the resulting mixture, and the coconut milk is separated into another container.

Put the sifted shavings, oats and chopped dates into the blender.

Everything is grinded until a thick mixture is obtained. The coconut candies are formed from it and rolled in the remaining coconut shavings (50 g).

If desired, they are placed in the refrigerator to harden.

If the mixture is too thick, a little of the resulting coconut milk can be added while grinding in the blender.

The resulting Rafaello candies are delicious and energizing!
