How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the melted honey, oil and then stir.
The sifted flour is first mixed with the spice mix, then added to the liquid ingredients.
Knead a medium soft dough, by adding more flour, if necessary (the goal is to form figures from the dough).
Form with the help of molds and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake them in a preheated oven (at about 360°F (180°C), depending on the heat of the oven) for about 7-8 to 10 minutes, no more. Do not let the gingerbreads turn brown, because in this case they will become hard and their taste will change.
Once they have slightly set, remove them from the baking pan. To start decorating them, however, they must be completely cooled, so you can make them even from the day before.
Grab the paints, let your imagination run wild and decorate the gingerbread cookies boldly. For the decoration I used colored coconut shavings, flowers for decorating cakes, almond flour, sugar/chocolate sprinkles. The paint itself after application is thick and sticky and the other things stick around it.
The paints I used, hardened in a few hours, after which the gingerbread cookies could be stored in a box without any problems for a few weeks.
