How to cook
In a bowl, sift both types of flour along with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the sugar, the two small eggs and the cold butter cut into pieces.
Flavor with cardamom, grated lemon peel and vanilla!
Knead a soft and buttery dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
Roll out the chilled dough onto a floured surface and cut out the festive cookies with molds.
Arrange the cut whole grain cookies onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cookies at 360°F (180°C) in an oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Cool them on a wire rack. Stick them two by two with rosehip marmalade or Nutella!
Note: You can make small tartlets from the same dough and decorate with whole grain cookies with rosehip marmalade!
