Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • rosehip marmalade - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling
  • ground walnuts - 7 oz (200 g)
  • egg yolks - 1 pc.

How to make

Defrost and roll out the puff pastry. Cut it into rectangles.

Add the ground walnuts to the rosehip marmalade and mix until homogeneous.

Spread the puff pastry rectangles with the mixture and roll them up into rolls.

Arrange the rolls on a tray lined with kitchen paper. Spread their surface with beaten egg yolk.

Bake them in an oven heated to 390°F (200°C) until golden.

Remove the tray from the oven.

Arrange the puff pastries on a suitable plate and sprinkle them with powdered sugar while they are still warm.

The puff pastries with rosehip marmalade are ready.
