How to make
Lay out the puff pastry and cut it into squares about 4″ (10 cm) per side. Cut each square diagonally to obtain 2 triangles. Clean and peel the apples. Cut them in half, then into thin crescents.
Melt the butter, put it in a bowl, stir with the sugar, add the vanilla, cinnamon and Sprite soda.
Smear an oven dish with a little butter. Put a piece of apple at the wide end of each triangle and wrap it into a scone.
Do this for all the triangles, arrange them in the oven dish and pour the liquid mixture over them. Put it in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 25 min. until it obtains a golden brown color.
Take it out and cool for a few hours before serving.
