measures

How to make

Oven 390°F (200°C);

A flat tray covered with baking paper.

The defrosted puff pastry is opened up. Roll out slightly lengthwise.

In a bowl mix half the sugar and cinnamon. The dough is sprinkled with it all over. Strips are cut from the sides with a sharp knife, which will then be woven over the apple filling.

Peel the apples and grate them on a Mandolin grater. Makes one large bowl of finely chopped apples.

The raisins, grated peel of 1 lemon and crushed walnuts are added to them. I purposely do not grind them, because I want the nuts to be whole.

Right in the middle, where the dough is not cut and it is a whole piece, pour the entire amount of thinly sliced apples with raisins, walnuts, and lemon peel. They are distributed.

They are sprinkled with the rest of the sugar. If it is not enough, a little more sugar is added.

The strips are woven together and the roll is formed. The puff pastry roll is coated with egg white.

The cinnamon roll is sprinkled with brown sugar.

Bake in an oven heated to 390°F (200°C) until a nice golden color is obtained.

The finished cinnamon roll with apples is cooled completely and sprinkled with a little powdered sugar.
