How to make
Clean the apples and cut them into small cubes. Add the sugar, cinnamon and water and put them in a microwave oven for 5-7 min at 600 W.
Cut the puff pastry into 4 x 4 (10 x 10 cm) squares. Make incisions in the corners, about 1 (2.5 cm) apart.
Put stuffing in the middle and join the corners. Lightly brush them with water. Bake in preheated oven at 430°F (220 °C) until ready.
