How to cook
Leave the puff pastry to soften at room temperature.
Put ricotta, grated white cheese and urnebes salad in a bowl. Mix everything well. Cut the smoked turkey breast into small pieces.
Sprinkle flour on the work surface.
Roll out the dough and divide it into rectangular shapes of the desired size.
Spread the dough with the dairy mixture, then place a slice of turkey breast.
Beat the eggs, spread the edges of the dough and close up the puff pastries.
Spread them with eggs and cut them lightly with a knife, as in the picture.
Put a little butter on each puff pastry and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Bake the savory puff pastries at 480°F (250°C) for 20 minutes.
