How to make
The puff pastry is rolled out and cut into triangles. They are spread with chocolate and are stuck together two by two.
Pinch the edges with a fork, so that the chocolate does not come out.
Brush the chocolate-filled triangles with egg yolk and sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake the puff pastries in a heated oven at 390°F (200°C), until they aquire a golden color.
