How to make
Defrost the puff pastry at room temperature for half an hour.
Heat the oil in a pan. Dice the onion.
Fry the onion in the oil, until it softens.
Combine the minced meat with the onion and leave them to simmer.
Add salt and black pepper. When the meat is processed, cool the mixture, add the egg and mix.
Put some flour on the work surface and roll out the puff pastry. Spread the puff pastry with the filling and roll it up.
Cut a piece, which is 0.8″ (2 cm) thick. Spread the delicious puff pastries with an egg and place them on greased paper to bake for 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
The puff pastry snails with minced meat are ready.
