How to make
The apples are cut into four. Each piece is cleaned from the core and their skin is peeled.
The puff pastry is left out at room temperature to relax and is cut into thin strips (about 1 cm on the short side of the dough).
Each piece of apple is wrapped in the puff pastry strip. With a brush, spread the puff pastry with water on all sides and roll in the pre-mixed cinnamon and sugar mixture.
The resulting croissants are placed on a baking tray.
Bake the apple croissants in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.
