How to make
Lay out the puff pastry, cut it through the middle and then into strips. Peel the Vienna sausages, cut them in half, then lengthwise.
Put a piece of Vienna sausage in each puff pastry strip and wrap them up, starting from one end.
Arrange the puff pastries in an oven dish laid out with baking paper and smear them with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
