How to make
The puff pastry is spread on the kitchen counter or table. It is easily rolled out with a rolling pin.
Rectangles are cut from it, one is spread with beaten egg and a piece of processed cheese is placed in the middle.
The other rectangle is placed on top of this one and the purpose of the egg is to stick the two layers of puff pastry together. With a fork, lightly press the edges.
Spread the top with a beaten egg + a little water and cut them crosswise with a knife. They are baked in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).
