How to make
Beat the eggs.
Cut squares out of the dough. Spread half of them with the beaten egg.
Place a wide flat piece of white cheese on top and cover with the non-greased squares of dough.
Press the edges and make a cross incision in the middle.
Spread the puff pastries with the beaten egg yolk and bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) with the fan on until they aquire a golden color.
