How to make
Cut the defrosted puff pastry into squares.
Cut the white cheese into medium-thin slices and the bacon into strips.
On one side of the square, at a distance from the edges, place a strip of bacon, a slab of cheese and again a strip of bacon.
Fold it diagonally and press both ends with a fork.
Place them in a tray, brush them with beaten egg yolk, make 3 slits on top and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake the delicious puff pastries in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until they aquire an appetizing color - in about 20 minutes they are ready.
