How to make
Put the frozen puff pastry in the fridge overnight to have it relax, but not to soften too much. Cut it into equal squares with a sharp knife.
Cut the salami into semicircles and put a piece in half of the squares. Cut the cheese into rectangles and arrange it in the other half of the puff pastry squares.
Then fold each square diagonally to get a triangle. Separate the egg yolks and beat them with a fork.
Smear the triangular cheese and salami pastries with the yolks and arrange in an oven dish. Bake in a high oven until ready.
