How to make
Peel the peppers and garlic and cut them into pieces.
Put them in a blending jug along with all of the other products for the spread (without the bacon).
Blend until the mixture is as smooth as you like it. I like to see pieces here and there, because it looks better and if you can crunch on pieces of walnut or pepper in places, it's very pleasant.
One part of the white cheese, cottage cheese and bacon spread is ready. It's time for the aromatic bacon, which is added to complement it.
Cut it into thin long strips and bake them in a non greased pan until a golden color is obtained.
Serve the spread garnished with bacon and crunchy toast or rusks.
