How to make
In a narrow and tall container - a jug for a blender or a jar, pour the products for the chickpea spread: ripe avocado - peeled and chopped, crumbled cheese, chickpeas (canned, from a jar) and chopped into pieces - natural olives.
Grind with the blender, until a homogeneous green mixture is obtained. It does not have to be finely blended, if there are pieces, it is also great.
Season with as much Himalayan salt as you like, depending on whether the cheese is very salty. And the easy spread is ready!
Serve it on warm toasted whole grain slices of bread spread with butter.
A healthy chickpea spread with avocado, white cheese and olives, suitable for a filling breakfast!
