  • cinnamon - 2 tsp.
  • erythritol - 2 cups
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • coconut flour - 1/4 cup
  • almond flour - 1 cup

How to make

Leave the butter to soften at room temperature, beat it well with a mixer, add the egg and continue to stir, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the cinnamon, erythritol, baking soda and stir.

Finally, little by little add the coconut and almond flour and knead a soft dough.

Form round biscuits from the dough, which you can arrange onto a tray lined with baking paper.
