"Einkorn biscuits with honey and cinnamon - healthy and delicious"

Ingredients

  • spelt flour - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • honey - 3 tbsp.
  • ground almonds - 1 tbsp.
  • hazelnuts - 3 tbsp. (crushed)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • soft butter - 2.1 oz (60 g) half - melted
  • orange juice - 2 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 level top tsp.
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

These spelt biscuits with honey and cinnamon are healthy and delicious!

In a convenient bowl, mix the flour, butter, honey, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix with a fork.

Add the orange juice to the dry mixture. Stir. A sticky biscuit dough is obtained.

Wet your hands and shape nine balls - these are your einkorn biscuits. Flatten them slightly on top and arrange them in a baking tray with parchment paper.

Leave a distance of 2.4″ (6 cm) between them, so that they don't stick to each other.

Dip or sprinkle each biscuit with sesame seeds on top.

These healthy biscuits are baked for 10 minutes at 360°F (180°C). Leave them to cool and serve them with afternoon coffee.
