How to make
Beat the butter with the sugar, honey, milk and spices.
Add the flour and knead a smooth dough for the honey cookies. Shape into a ball, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for 20-30 minutes.
Roll out the cooled and hard dough into a thin crust and use gingerbread man cookie cutters.
Arrange them on a tray or two trays lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the Christmas cookies acquire a pleasant color at the edges.
Let them cool and decorate with icing if desired.
Store them in a tightly closed cookie box.
Classic, very aromatic Christmas cookies, without which I can't imagine this holiday.
