How to make

How to make the cream:

Everything without the butter is placed in a pot and is beaten with a wire whisk. Put it on the stove and stir, until it thickens nicely. Remove it from the heat and immediately add the oil. Mix, until everything has melted. The cream is left to cool.

Preparing the honey cookies:

Mix everything except the flour in a bowl and stir. The soda is activated with the vinegar and it is added.

Gradually add the flour and knead a soft dough. The dough should be slightly sticky.

The dough is made into small balls, the size of a walnut - 0.7 oz (20 g) each.

The honey cookies are arranged in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.

Allow the honey cookies to cool slightly but still be warm. They are carved out with a sharp knife.

The carved out part is grinded in a chopper or crumbled. Then it is mixed with the cream.

The honey cookies are filled with the cream and are stuck together. Finally, they are rolled into walnuts.

The finished honey cookies are put in plastic bags and then in a box. Pack them up and refrigerate them if you can hide them from the Christmas foodies at all.
