  • vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • oil - 1 cup

How to make

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 °C). Oil and flour a cake form.

In a bowl, beat the oil with the eggs, then add the vanilla. Combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Slowly add the mixture to the eggs.

Finally, carefully add the grated apples as well. Pour the mixture into the form and bake for 45 min. or until the cake is ready.

Optionally, sprinkle the ready cake with powdered sugar.
